3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total cart value, package weight, and delivery destination.

Standard Shipping Fee: A flat rate of ₹ 59.00 applies to all orders under ₹599.

Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders totaling ₹599 and above.

Cash on Delivery (COD): A non-refundable COD handling fee of ₹ 50.00 may apply to all COD orders.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier company’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours from receiving the email for the tracking information to become active.
5. Delivery Issues and Exceptions
A. Non-Availability on Delivery
Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery two to three times. If you are unavailable, the courier will usually contact you to schedule a new delivery time. If the order cannot be delivered after the maximum attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges for resending the product.
B. Damage or Tampered Packaging
If you receive a package that appears to be tampered with or damaged, please DO NOT accept the delivery. Contact our Customer Support team immediately with photographic evidence, and refuse the package. If the damage is noticed after delivery, you must report it to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
C. Incorrect Address Provided
Oorzza Megacorp is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before finalizing your order.
6. International Shipping
Currently, Oorzza Megacorp does not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.
